I had a fantastic stay at this lovely property in a quiet location. the cleanliness was exceptional, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the fully fitted kitchen, including a washing machine, was a bonus. the host was also very informative and easy to reach if needed. a perfect getaway and I will definitely book this property again in the future. Stayed in a hotel with free parking - thank goodness, because finding a parking spot is normally such a treat. Also had access to free WiFi - because, who needs to be disconnected from the world anyway? And towels were provided - because I can never remember to bring my own.

Oh, how I just love it when the towels provided in the holiday home resemble sandpaper. It's like exfoliating while drying off.

The room at Skipton Lodge was so cozy and charming. I felt right at home with the comfy bed and fluffy pillows. The bathroom had a nice shower too, perfect to refresh after a long day exploring. As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere.

Some might find the bathroom a bit small, but hey, it's just my personal preference.

The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a wall-mounted TV in the king bedroom. The shower had good pressure and maintained a great temperature. We also appreciated the easy parking outside and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as some miscommunications and slight issues with bins and curtains, these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The noise from the neighbors during the night was also a slight inconvenience, but that is beyond the control of the hotel.

The lounge had comfortable couches and a TV for relaxing. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and had TVs mounted on the walls. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Parking was easy and the hotel was located close to restaurants and the town. the cleanliness, facilities, staff, and location were all excellent.
