The bathroom was amazing! It had a refreshing shower that instantly woke me up in the morning. As a busy parent, this was exactly what I needed to kick-start my day.

The lack of bathtub. But hey, who needs one when there's a super invigorating shower!

Stayed in a hotel with free parking - thank goodness, because finding a parking spot is normally such a treat. Also had access to free WiFi - because, who needs to be disconnected from the world anyway? And towels were provided - because I can never remember to bring my own.

Oh, how I just love it when the towels provided in the holiday home resemble sandpaper. It's like exfoliating while drying off.

The room at Skipton Lodge was so cozy and charming. I felt right at home with the comfy bed and fluffy pillows. The bathroom had a nice shower too, perfect to refresh after a long day exploring. As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere.

Some might find the bathroom a bit small, but hey, it's just my personal preference.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Skipton Lodge. The 2-bedroomed house was beautifully renovated and had a modern and new interior. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a wall-mounted TV in the king bedroom. The shower had good pressure and maintained a great temperature. We also appreciated the easy parking outside and the close proximity to shops and restaurants. it was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as some miscommunications and slight issues with bins and curtains, these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The noise from the neighbors during the night was also a slight inconvenience, but that is beyond the control of the hotel.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy parking and the option to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.

Menu for breakfast could have had a better variety.

The beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment itself was beautiful. Also, the host was very helpful and readily available if needed. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and the town. a pleasant experience.

Although the house was mostly clean, there were a few issues that were a bit disappointing. There were long black hairs in the toilet and basin room, and evidence that the cleaning was not thorough, with marks on the walls.

The spacious, beautifully renovated 2-bedroom house provided all the comforts we needed. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, and the living room with its comfy couches was perfect for family movie nights. The bedrooms were spacious, with ample storage space and even wall-mounted TVs. The strong shower pressure and consistent temperature made bath time a breeze. Additionally, the convenient location and easy parking made exploring the nearby attractions a breeze. We highly recommend Skipton Lodge for families looking for a perfect stay.

My children wanted more kid-friendly amenities in the house.

Skipton Lodge exceeded my expectations in every way. The spaciousness of the house was a pleasant surprise, and it was immaculately clean. I was impressed by the fully fitted kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The property manager was quick to respond and resolve any issues, such as replacing a faulty TV. The location was peaceful and parking was readily available.
